How can I purchase Terry Oldfield's music?

Simply click on the ''Music'' or "Buy music" pages, and browse the album collection. There are samples next to each track.

To purchase and download a single track:

Just click on the cart icon to the left of the track name. Please note, not all tracks are available for single download and some you must buy the whole album. When you click on the cart icon to the left of the track name it will tell you if you if it's not available for download.

To purchase a whole album for download:

Just click on the "Add all tracks to cart for DOWNLOAD'' link at the top of the Album details page.

To purchase a whole album on physical CD to be shipped to you:

just click on the ''Buy Physical CD" link at the top of the Album details page. The physical CD price includes postage and packaging.

To checkout or view items in your shopping cart go  to one of these links:

• click on the cart link at the top right of the music shop pages,
• or at the bottom of the Music Categories menu on the left column click on the link "View shopping cart/ checkout"
• or from the top menu click on Music and then from the drop down list select ''checkout/ cart"

How do I delete/ remove items from my shopping cart?

Just go to the shopping cart link (as mentioned above) and either press the X next to the price of a track to delete a single item or press the ''clear cart'' button at the bottom of the page to empty  the whole cart.

You can also remove a single track from the cart by clicking the cart icon next to it's name again on the album details page. So 1 click adds the track to the cart, a 2nd click removes it from the cart.

Is the Terryoldfield.com website safe to make purchases on?

Yes, the Terry Oldfiled website uses an SSL certificate with 2048 bit encryption to safely receive your contact details in the shopping cart pages. The SSL certificate encrypts all of the information you insert in the accounts and cart pages and is therefore safe and secure from hackers. You will notice a padlock icon on the bottom taskbar in Internet Explorer, or in the Browser input bar on Safari or the blue field next to the input bar on Mozilla Firefox. For the actual payment processing, this site uses PayPal which has it's own security encryption and is trusted by millions of users around the world.

When will my music purchase be delivered?

If you have ordered downloadable music you can access your download file(s) immediately. After you have made your purchase through PayPal you will be redirected to the downloads page where you can access the music file(s).  You will also receive an email with the download link. Please note: you will only be allowed to access and download the file(s) 2 times.

If you have ordered a physical CD it will be shipped to the address provided at the checkout process within 3 working days.

Shipping Policy and information

We deliver products Worldwide using Australia Post standard shipping. All shipping times are dependant on Australia Post and, for international customers, your standard local postal service. On average Australia-wide shipping will take 7 working days. For international shipping please allow up to 18 working days for your purchase to arrive.

What is the Return Policy?

At Terryoldfield.com we do not accept returns.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Downloads: Due to the instant access of the downloads, you can not cancel your order for downloads.

Physical CDs: You may cancel your entire order, provided it has not been dispatched. Please email us if you wish to cancel or alter your order. Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
